          Hi Adrianli,
I am planing to buy a rc gas boat and I was thinking about the dragon saga or snap. I live in china now and you can get these boats here for less than 500 USD including the 26cc zenoah clone (I know its crap). You can have a look here
The cat is popular outside china and I have found plenty info, there are also 2 versions by venom but the snap doensn't seem to be sold in europe or US, I have only found the smaller electric one. I think that the cat looks better but I have seen it flips very easily so maybe the mono is more suitable for me as I am planing to use it at sea. According to the specs it's 142cm long and 23.5 cm wide, is that true? seems very narrow. Also the bow is different from the original and the electric version. I would love to see more pics and a vid of your boat when it's ready!

The width at transom is abt 31cm. The overall length from bow tip to transom is 142cm.

If you are running in sea with waves, better to get a mono hull. Running a cat hull with waves, have to control ur throttle to prevent blowover.

Still not done with fixing my helis. I have eight of them.

Work on boat is stand still.

                      Good morning,

As i can see in the pic above, you don't like helis. Let me check with my friends fot the vent holes. Few of them did it.

                        Hi Adrianli,
Ok, I hope you'll understand my explanations because my english become worse and worse.

You seal the vent holes outside with adhesive tape ( the one in tissue ), inside you put glass fiber tissue + resin. let it dry. you remove the tape. after you use sand paper on the fiber glass tissue and after painting.
