I think 180 to 280 is more then enough for 1/350 scale. Especially if you plan to sail it at "scale" speed. If not it may transform into a PT boat

I am using 180 because of the shaft alignment needed. 180 has a smaller can dia compare to 280 and it has a flat surface for easy mounting as well.

finally done with the seal for the WTC ...... I used some rubber seal material so when the deck is mounted onto the hull it will "compress" it and form the necessary seal again water...... hope it work

the deck is hold down to the hull with 11 screw ..... and alot of hot glue on the WTC

                  time to paint

where else ......Artsfriend lor ...... but it come in 1 inch thick and you have to "cut" it down to the thickness you need ....... I cut it down to 5 to 6 mm with hot wire cutter

initial was plan to use it for plane but now become boat

You need a radio with 2 or 3 channel. More if you want to control other moveable part of the boat. I assume you are talking about 1/350 or 1/250 scale battle ship. A small prop.... 20mm, prop shaft and small motor, esc and small lipo batt.
If the building stops, the buying starts!
