Dear forumers,
I recently just bought a Belt CP CNC Head from HEMENDRA (see: http://www.daddyhobby.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21930) which I was happy that he had honoured to keep for me for more than a month since I accepted the deal.
The entire head assembly, sold at $160, consisted of the center hub, blade grips, washout and swashplate.
I collected the head on Sunday night (18th Mar). I briefly took apart the head and realized that loctite was not applied. During the process, while removing a ball from the swash, one simply broke with half the link stuck and I couldn't remove it. On closer inspection, I noticed the balls on the swash were badly scratched although the rest of the balls screwed out fine.
I only managed to install the head on my heli on Wed 21st Mar to test it. I was unable to track my blades despite many attempts. I've replaced my main shaft, flybar and even main blades (see: http://www.daddyhobby.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22361) and suspected something was wrong.
I told him several times over MSN that I can't track my blades and asked him if he crashed his heli. Sometimes he responded, sometimes he simply just went offline. I didn't keep the log of our conversation.
Today, I dropped by Bukit Panjang funfly and several others have helped check and witness that the CNC head is bad. I SMSed him to ask for a return, and even offered to make up for the damaged swash. These are the exact text from our SMS exchange:
I can let go with $160, but what I am most upset is that he didn't even make an offer to show or check for me.
Those who know me will know that I am not the sort of buyer who would ask to return something without a valid reason.
You guys be the judge...

so called hard situation for the seller. but giving a helping hand to solve his problem will save some trouble. going an extra mile for a forum member is always
