No problem carl

The price of such machine is at region of S$20-S$25K F.O.B China.

Currently, someone in the forum is helping me convert the X1 Hobby Mill I am selling to CNC ... we trying to minimise cost to get it going. If things goes well, should be able to complete by next week. All necessary stuff is in...jus need to put them together.

Cheers

Mike

Questions

Hi,

Do you have to use any cutting fluid when machining? If so can you do it without creating mess ?? I am ok with metal chips as it can be vacuumed easily, but concerned on using cutting fluid in house. I've seen some of the industrial CNC, they create quite a mess

the problem with laser cutting is with the laser lamp. that is an expensive part. if not careful, it will blow. replacement is $ painful.

mill is better because it gurantee work but less accurate than laser. but who cares.

However, mill got dust problem.
