Cool can let us know the cost once it is completed. May like to get 1 too :hammer :hammer
Hi,
Do you have to use any cutting fluid when machining? If so can you do it without creating mess ?? I am ok with metal chips as it can be vacuumed easily, but concerned on using cutting fluid in house. I've seen some of the industrial CNC, they create quite a mess :(

the problem with laser cutting is with the laser lamp. that is an expensive part. if not careful, it will blow. replacement is $ painful.
mill is better because it gurantee work but less accurate than laser. but who cares.
However, mill got dust problem.
