what kind of pins?
body clips?
if so use fishing line and tie one end to the body and the other to the clip

radio batts? hehe I use AA mar... sometimes also share share.. the Traxxas Tx consume much lesser power...

Use a bigger body clips and tie 2 clips together with fishing line. It works for me.. or just me
