Tow in or Tow out

Hi guys..would like to know which is adviceable for Hobby bug track to tow in or tow out....

Are there any track for 1/10 touring that open at nite....

U must have no toe out at the back. Front put toe out then cornering better. back put toe in the car goes straighter.
