AM 27mhz can change to AM 75mhz or not?

Coz my radio is still AM 27, if i just buy the AM 75 revceiver and also get the AM 75 crystal.

Can or not?

Cannot. Circuitry inside receiver will not work if you change from 27 to 75 or vice versa.
