Any alternate fun-fly location and date?

    Hi all

I believe that some of us are working and not driving right? If so, I find that it is difficult to rush down to AISS at Wednesday for the funfly (U have to carry your flight gear to work also).

So, I was wondering if it possible that we have alternate location and time for our funfly? Location wise, I open to suggestion but the time I would prefer on weekends.

    How do u all think?

    Hi,
I'm very keen for micro funfly too.
How about we fly at night? This way we can have more places to choose cos at night the air is more calm and not much wind. Maybe can meet up at some community basketball court or street soccer court to fly.
Me and phiber have me flying outdoor at night very frequently and there is no problem with wind.
    How about tomorrow?!

Super Hornet, I and Joe fly in sundays regularly for the past few weeks. We have our own weekend funfly. Location is in the East at Bedok. From there sometimes we fly at the MSCP or field.

Yaw, are you guys flying at NTU?

Can we have a similar gathering like what we do for AISS for the weekend instead?

Yap has join fit and joe in their FF section before flying off to US. The MSCP is big....I mean long but still with limited height, the celling. So if you are looking for ff fligth there may be a problem unless you are good For hovering and slow flight should not be a problem. It is location for ppl at the east side of Singapore. It is just too far for me!

AISS is still the best location for me as I can fly both plane and heli at the same time what you can ask for more man

I'm flying in NTU car park everynight at about 10pm ++
Phiber is not around nowadays so I'm practicing alone.
Would really like to join more people for flying.
Maybe this sunday I join you all, Fit?
Just let me know time and venue.

By the way, actually stock FEDA with stock motors has no problem of executing relatively fast figure 8. Hope to meet up soon

Yes I know AISS is still the best... Big Big Thanks to Doug.

Doug.. if u reading this, please do not have any bad feeling.. Your AISS is still the best. I just wanted to ask to see whether can we have alternate site and time just in case you cannot arrange any AISS Funfly gathering.

Loyn was so "gian" of not flying that he decided to make the long trip down from the west side!

Yaw, MSCP is multi storey carpark. NTU is really outta the way for me and by the time we finish the funfly I'll be home after midnite

Sure you can join me and joe, the more the merrier!
We meet up around 12pm on Sunday. Its at Bedok South Ave 2. Can't remember the block... But its near the bedok mrt and Temasek JC.
If its not too windy, we can go and fly at the field infront of Tanah Merah MRT station.
I saturday or sunday also can haha!

If you guys can go all the way to Tanah Merah....might as well go to Expo MRT......have you seen the BIG field behind it? Very secluded from public eye.

Mechplas... where exactly is that? I am looking for an alternate site to fly after work... which needs to be in Tampinese vacinity. I will be driving by expo everyday.
                          huh

Drive parallel to the Expo MRT track on the road that is closes to it. Not the main Road which is Upper Changi Road. Keep parrallel and go pass the Expo Station which leads to the field, the overheadtrack will go into a underground tunnel. You will see very tall tree....there's only one, you can't miss it.
