what micro servos are cheapest and best for the hornet cp

erm...just a thought....why would you wanna put a cheap servo on a hornet CP???

Since the bird is a CP and 3D capable....I think the bird deserves a better servo....no?

1) Futaba S3108 [ I dun think there's replacement gears for these, but it has the highest resolution and it does fit better]

If you really need cheap servo, I would recommend the VS-6 servo from the notorious champion hobby. The service shucks big time but this servo they carry is cheap and good. Replacement gear set is available at $3 per complete set. The VS-6 retail at $22 and weighs 6g, almost identical to HS-50 at half the price
