Futaba 6XAS or RD8000

Hai guys, can anyone tell me which to get Futaba 6XAS or Airtronics RD8000....and anyone could tell me more which Freq, to get and which is adviseable....

Hi spacewalker, welcome onboard I had not own any of the radio u mentioned. But my understanding for RD8000 is ard $500++ for complete set. If u plan to go electric, chances are u will only need the Tx. Consider 9chp or JR 9x if u had a little more budget

I haven't used RD8000 b4, but looking at the specs, I think it would be fairer to compare the Eclipse 7 and the RD8000....the 6XAS is not in the league to compare...not even close...

but what do u guys think about 6XAS it is a good medium range set?

I'm not too sure about the optic 6, but looking at the specs and having owned 6XAS b4, I would buy the optic6 if they're in the same price range.
