Unable to charge LiPo fully...

I have a 3s 1250mah LiPo batt and lately it is not able to charge to 1250mah... it stops at about 400plus.

Charger is fine for my other packs.

It still works on my heli but will only last about 2 min (max) flight time.

What is wrong with the batt? Anyway to save it? Is it the end for this batt?

Anyone can share your knowledge on this?

you can take it apart and charge each cel individualy ..that will let you know if you have a dud cell in there ..that could be your problem ..dont charge as a pack with a dud cell as the other cells will stuff up.

If one of the cells are going or the pack is stuffed let me know as I am after a extra 1250 cell
