Oh yeah, I am considering getting a handy rotor saw similar to those used in alu shop, any recommendation? The ones used in alu shop is quite huge, I need it smaller and handy but able to cut through thick aluminium plates and rods.

Hi pilot_bear, nice to see so many gadget. The angle gauge looks interesting. I think it useful if you own a 2000 series sherline mill. Can share some info on the 4 axis CNC drive box you have? How do you connect it to your PC. Parrallel port? How it is working? Thanks!
