what is elephant glue

is the elephant glue the same as ca glue, i tring to remove some elephant glue but it cant be removed is there any solution

I went to those 'cheap skate stall', those that sell things very cheap one, Bought a CA + Remover @ $1.

Shop is @ Hougang green. But i believe there are many other shops around that sells the same.
