    380 Vs 400 motors

    Hi,

Can someone enlighten me on the performance characteristic of the 380 and 400 motor.

I am aware the 370 are smaller motors will higher rpm and less torque, however the 380 and 400 looks almost the same..? in fact the 400 looks smaller..?

If possible can also share why to we want to use 480 motor..?
    Regards

        Yea, that is true.

The 400 and 380's are just naming conventions.

I think the 380 is longer then the 400, so in motor language, what does longer means..?

hehe. I only know 400 needs 8.4V and above to power it.. else it has no power. => 2S Lipo will not be enough.

And plug a 3S to 350... you will burn the brush in no time...

            Never tried a 380.. so I dunno...
            huh

i think the 380 motor would be good enuf. there isn't that much different in the speed wise.
