Sorry to read about your 'almost there situation' in running in your CD rom motor. I know how frustrating this can be.
Take heart, I have similar experience with dead program on P10 some two weeks ago, I got on email to CC and they replied almost immediately (time zone barring). Advised to send back the P10. I registered post back and last week I got it back reprogramed with an Invoice- FREE OF CHARGE.
