Good Service at Jethobby

Wanna highlight this example of good service at Jethobby;

I brought down my Airtechnic receiver to test purchase a spare crystal at about 650 pm today, however the crystal didn't seem to work with my TX and seemed rather faulty, giving lousy response.

So the guy at JH (dunno if he's the boss), took out another one of his receiver sets for me to try, and he even was very helpful, trying to improve the connections of the crystal (that i haven't even bought yet), and trying to pinpoint the source of my problem. He even opened up another set of e-sky crystals to troubleshoot the source of the problem ...(transmitter? crystal? receiver?)

Eventually it took about 20+ minutes and it diagnosed as a receiver problem with loose connections, and he exchanged my receiver with another working receiver from the shelf immediately, no questions asked. Also he didn't seem impatient that it was closing time. Of course I bought the crystal la.

I mean this is great customer service, he's helpful and willing to go extra mile. I was very touched by this.

Moh is the best. I got 10 Airtechnic servos from JH some time ago and use them as and when I need them. Recently I found one not working straight from the box.
Although I did not have the receipt or anything, Moh exchanged the defective one for me, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!

I like to buy from JH as Moh provides the best service, ever!

Ever since I started my hobby in RC plane... I got almost all the stuff from him... service dont to say much one la.... those in this hobby will know who is MOK... !!!

We all can do something in return for him.... the next time you are in his shop and he has his back turned, please help him keep an eye on the shop.

There have been a couple of shoplifters since earlier this year already. He just installed a camera a month ago though, but i reckon it's not enough. The worst one was when he was busy with another customer and an old uncle (non-local) slipped a huge TP 2000mAh plus pack into his trouser pocket This people are really And he said grown-ups also have! So guys when you go in, and do spend time there, help him stand guard as well.

I am glad to read such wonderful testimonies of our LHS bosses or workers.
I am sure Moh have his share of nasty and dishonest customers. but he always has a smile on his face when I pop into his shop. (although I didn't buy anything).

Yeah, Mok was the gentlest of people among the LHS. Never a nasty look on his face or a sarcastic comment. Always smiling. In fact, his whole family is always so gentle and smiling Compare with the other family down at Trengganu Lane.... heaven and hell man

BTW, is it Mok or Moh. I have always thought his name was Mok, but some of you call him Moh. So which is which? Have I been calling him wrongly all these years?!

If anyone could identify who is the shoplifter, please highlight here. We need to watch out for such people. Especially when we bring our stuffs and spare batteries to the flying field, leave them aside and fly our planes.

Ok, there's this fat kid that goes around Fook Hai building and the general area occassionally, and asks in a very ...uh....pleading tone "uncle do you want to buy cuttlefish? Please help me buy so that I can go to school"

Some customers have bought from that kid before, I've seen it. He goes into the shop to ask some more!

It's cuttlefish, you yu, the ones in packets that we eat as snacks... The cuttlefish can fly....if you throw it!
