Champion Hobby Violation of intellectual Property !

If you guys notice the TV news recently that there was a company sued and was asked to pay $10000 for using MAP that is extracted from the MAP and location providing company ..... than I surf championhobby.com and found the LOCATE US link had a streetdirectory.com JPEG MAP placed in their web server ... is he liable for that ?

email the url to streetdirectory.com and let them decide whether to sue or not...
