i have a JR-3810 , What if i put in Ni-mh 1800mah battery to replace the JR nicad 600 mah battery ? Will it do any harm ? Are there any lipo battery running TX out there now ?

Well, yes, you gotta be very careful when using a 1800mah pack to replace the existing 600mah pack.

Chances are that you will get to fly longer, thus increasing your possibility of losing concentration due to flying fatigue. Do remember to take rest in between the extended usage after u decide to change to a 1800mah pack...
