    What i saw inscribed on a piece of gold coloured metal on the back of the receiver..... yes... INSCRIBED....

    And this 'gold colour metal sheet' is solder to this 3rd pin of what looks like a crystal...... the top part has portions that are cover with metal plating also.... wish i'd taken a photo ... but now my camera is in China on holiday...

      $140 from Jethobby... Range? As stated it's 1.6Km in the specs sheet... typical range test at > 15 paces ( I did 10 + meters) with antennae down is still quite good.....

        The reason the soldered it to the 3rd pins is because they are ground. I did told u before that S & T receiver did do a ground shielding on their receiver to prevent picking up unwanted noise/signal when too close to motor or servo or ESC.
