    which RX is better?

ok I cant decide which RX is better..

    A PCM futaba RX

a duel conversion electron 6 ..( but they dont have my freq )

or the new sky n tec syn receiver.

what are ppls opionos of these ..which one is better all are within $40 of each other electron 6 is the cheapest but as stated they dont have my freq. 40.850

    let me know your thoughts.

    cheers

I agree with Frank.. love my Berg 6!
But then again, i havn't really flew much on it though.. heh..
But the cost itself is enough to justify the love..

Berg 6s n Schulze Alphas are the same thing coz they are co-developed..
But i'm not very sure if the Berg 6 G3 are updated versions compared
to the Schulze's Alphas, maybe the Schulze are older ver.

      That's wat i'm wondering..
But the thing that sets the Schulze apart from the Bergs
is the glitch counter which may prove to be useful in a crowded field!

from what I am reading PCM is still the better system ..its heavier By about 10g but its acts like the flywheel of the berg ...getting a the schulze is ex and also the xtal as per the electron 6 if I had to order the xtal seperate.

right now the btter option is the 6pcm by futaba at $125 with xtal opinions ????

if you don't mind the weight and size of PCM1024 6 ch, this is still my best choice. got no more glitch problem after I decided to bear it's weight in the skies...

Anyone has experience with ****** rx? I am facing a short range problem with this rx too. I am wondering if it's a unique case as I always thought it's a full range rx. Thanks.

feigao quite okay. must test in is shop first lah if he allow .i think must bring ur setup everything to the shop then just connect to test.that is wat i did with my fix pitch heli.anyway the feigao at champ is now changed to champion brand

feigao works great if there is not too much interference...I used one on my fp feda for ages with tou a single problem as too on planes ...but in close proximity to a outrunner motor and a sensitive ESC like a cc10 and you are asking for trouble.

in the end I got the PCM rx ..at 14 g heavier then the electron 6 or the feiago it was not too bad. esp since I had 15 g of weights on the nose to get the cog right

PCM being digital I should have no more problems.

also tinking of putting the 9ch pcm in the trex since i have one spare as its not in the shuttle at the momment. also only 18 g or so heavier then the feigao
                    thanks for he help guys

schulze look like a good option but hard to get as with the freq of the electron 6 the sky n tech brand is untested for most parts so $127 latter I have a pcm 6ch rx

                    thanks again

                    cheers doug

i did on sunday morning... it seem sto have a better reception and longer range than the E-6.....

I am planning to get a new 6 chr Rx too but not too sure which is which have been using too much cheap Rx (GWS) and know nuts about proper or PCM Rx....

So please inform where to get it and Tele when you are getting your Rx may like to go along to learn something about it

                          Thanks
