how do i fix a tx

my rd6000 seems to be kind of short range after a soft drop.isnt the range supposed to be more then 1 km .i did a range check and once i reach about 20m it fails.how do i fix it or where can i send it too for repair.

i think can send to this guy called han solo for repair...his shop should be listed in daddyhobby...he's a nice huge malay guy... last time heard of another guy called "sanwa man" or dunno what...

or you can try buying a new tx crystal. happened to me before.

THere's this hobby shop at sembawang shopping centre..
I think they do sanwa tx.. so i think u can check with them for repair..
ask microheli-nut, he's repaired his sanwa before..
or if u need a new one, he has his for sale too!!

Just curious where u bought this trustworthy, long lasting tx from? This transmitter is suppose to be one of the most rugged.

all fix now. brandon was right.just changed my crystal and it works nicely
