Machine 130mm stainless steel shaft.

I am looking for help to machine down standard hardware store 3mm stainless steel rod.

I want to make a 130mm long main shaft to replace the standard micro helicopter main shaft. Although it is stated that the micro heli main shaft is 3mm, in reality it is less that that. Its more like 2.95mm.

Let me know if anyone can help. Will be willing to pay for your time and service provided it not to x.
