why is everyone so concerned about heli specs?

Used to be an audiophile, then went into pro audio, and now into broadcast audio/video. Am a member of Audio Engineering Society.... Used to work together briefly with Art....

Never owned any tubes amps, but got tube mic pre-amps.....was using a Rotel solid-state amp previously, then sold it off, and decided to go with broadcast monitoring powered speakers.....Try the Genelec brands...better than any B&W, Tannoys, or whatever is popular in the market now...

Genelec also came up with Hi-fi speakers, and was rated to be very good...

Not necessary.....pro audio can also mean audio gears for professional sound recording, live/stage sound reinforcement, broadcast sound equipment, audio test equipment, etc...
