New lipos wont charge

hi, i got 2 new 3cell lipos 1800mah from jethobby on sat... tried charging them with apache 2500 (curtersy of 9VDXN) and 1 of them wont charge, i read from the net that apache chargers wont charge your lipos if their voltages are too low....

how do i save the non-chargeable lipo? i wonder if jethobby will replace a new one for me...

went back to change it yesterday.. that guy remembered me, good service.. i like ppl who can remember their customers.

that lipo was fully discharged! 0.1 volt only..

what does flashing red LED mean? (on the apache charger) 1 of my 3S1P bat seems to be spoilt! so fast leh.. use for a while only..
