Astral Projection - Best idea ever

I just had the best idea ever.

I'm going to learn how to project my soul beyond my physical body and travel around the world while i sleep.

So if anyone has any ideas or has actually tried this before....

If you are superstitous enough, then you should also be aware that other spirits may come into your body and worst take control of it and you cannot go back in.

But apparently the projecting of the conciousness is just like when we dream. Our soul and everything remains just like we're dreaming so returning apparently is not a problem.

There are supposedly risks of meeting up with bad spirits who will disturb you haha


Must say though i think this is all quite nonsense.just interesting to take a look for fun.

spirits and superstitions are very very real though.
