Hi Mike,
First of all I would to apologise to you for the downtime. Last night,
one of our clients sent out mass emails causing high loads to the server and we
had not choice but to take the server offline to manually delete the emails
before we can restart the server. As the server was offline, we cannot send out
any notification to inform you as we had to stablise the server first. Sorry for
any inconveniences caused.
