Any Bros here knows where is the best place to find this item. or other cheap alternatives. The black and decker RTX cost about $155, dont know whether is there any cheaper one.

I bought my Dremel clone (well it's not an exact dremel clone, but it works well for my uses) from the hardware store below Sim Lim Tower(not square) at the basement level. The boss is a friendly old uncle and he will be more than happy to entertain your questions. If I remember correctly, my clone tool is made in Brazil and costs around $50 or less like alex says.
