    Interference

Is it possible for a bad servo or gyro to generate interference with your Tx and RX on the Raptor50V2?

In my case the Rx, Tx, module and crystals are new. Rx and tx batteries used are 2100NiMh. Both can discharge up to 2000mAh at 300mA discharge rate.

All my servos are Hitec 645 non-digital. Except rudder is Futaba 9253 digital for gyro.

It seems like I am getting weak signals on my every third flights. Rx batt reads 80%. Tx 10.4V. I keep lossing signal momentarily and back again...and at close range somemore. I did not set failsafe presets just failsafe hold.

I have a friend who fly 29Mzh and don't have a problem. I checked with other pilots around the vicinity of the "Punggol Triangle" and none is on 29. I wonder if other pilots around the island have issues with 29Mzh?

My antenna routing as gone through various positions already.

So, I am wondering if there are other possibilities contributing to this interference.

I am so frustrated, feel like burning everything and call it a day!
Wasting so much money on this hobby not for flying, but trying to solve this interference issue!

    Thanks Fuse.

Had somemore opinions and ref on this matter at RR

I am going to put on NiCds on both Rx n Tx to test it out. Guess constant voltage is an issue with NiMh.

What is the highest amp NiCd available? 1500mAh?

no lar... 2400 Nicad (Sanyo - High Drain)
            - available at Sim Lim tower/Far East,

NiHm is max at 3600 for high drain.

Hunt for the "high drain" type... not the normal SubCs....
            huh

the 2400 mah nicd (sanyo-high drain) is what size(battery size ,eg. AA,AAA) ah?
also which place is the cheapest ah?
everytime i go sim lim must walk around the whole building first then pick the cheapest one.batteries over there are cheap but different shop vary -+$2.
                Don't PCW

                  I think he means high-drain Sub C.
