PHX Firmware v1.05 Beta out on Aug 10, 2004

New beta Firmware for PHX from Castle Creations.

Here is the fix:
Fixed over-current sensitivity issues on PHX25/35/45. Improved start for MicroTex outrunner motor. Fixed intermittent failure to start at low RPM. Decreased gains on Governor mode for small helicopters.
