Hi Mike,

Just noticed that all times on the forum are +8 hours ahead. ie. although it is just after midnite, the forum time is showing 0800 hrs.

I know why. The bulletin program uses the time and date from the server which is probably located in Singapore itself. So when you change your timezone to +8, it will show you the wrong time. So in essence, the forum should state "All time are in Singapore Time"

Aha !

Yup, reset my timezone to GMT (instead of GMT+8) and the time is now correct altho it is a little strange to see the time listed as GMT.

Check out w the web host....date cannot be changed, its following w the server which is based on US

Timezone setting

Hi guys, please ensure u had correctly set up the time offset under yr User CP ( control panel ) I had readjust the global timing offset, thus when you select Singapore Time GMT +8 at the User CP, then your page will display the correct current date and timing.
